God’s Word of Encouragement to Cain Before He Killed Abel — 2 Comments

  1. Brilliant insight, James. I’m glad this was revealed to you because now I know it as well thanks to your excellent ministry. I had never realized what this passage meant, but now I think it’s a very beautiful example of God’s compassion way back in the ante-diluvian world. God gave Cain very good reasons not to go through with his jealousy driven murder of Abel. It reminds me somewhat of 1Cor 10:13: “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.” Even though Cain went through with that great sin we see that God gave him every reason not to, the Lord is unchanging and as merciful way back then as He is today.

May our God bless and protect you and your family in the name of Jesus.

    Your brother in Christ,
    Louie

    • Thank you Louie for your encouragement. I am blessed indeed to have friends and visitors who appreciate what the Lord shows me. And I myself am blessed to learn from others in our Lord Christ Jesus.

Many blessings to you and your loved ones in Christ!
      Your brother,
      James
