The Pope did not preside by his Legates.—He did not approve the Decrees as Necessary to their Validity.— Constantine was the Master Spirit. He dictated the Creed.—He fixed Infallibility in the Council.—The Council did not decree the Primacy of the Bishop of Rome.—It enacted only Twenty Canons.—All other pretended Ones are Forgeries.
